Since 1929 ATC has been a family owned Telephone Company. Rich is the fourth generation managing this family owned company. His son Kyle is currently in college and will be the fifth. ATC started with eighteen customers and now serves over 5000 spanning over a 4000 square mile territory in five counties in Idaho and Utah. Rich is currently serving as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Syringa Networks and has been a board member since its inception in 2002. He is also a Board Member of Independent Cable Systems and Syringa Wireless. Rich studied Business Management from Boise State University and Electronics from Texas A&M. Rich raises wild birds as a hobby. He and his wife Connie have six children and all enjoy the outdoors. | |  |

Martell – Treasurer and Secretary Rural Telephone Company Administrative Manager | | Mr. Martell is currently the Administrative Manager at Rural Telephone Company located in Glenns Ferry, Idaho. Rural Telephone Company provides local and long distance telephone services, dial-up and broadband internet access and wireless cell phone service in remote areas of Idaho, Nevada, Washington and Oregon. Mark started with the company soon after graduating from college holding a variety of positions, from customer service and billing, to technician, to regulatory affairs. Mark also oversees each of the company’s satellite offices and is responsible for bringing high-speed internet to the regions’ remote communities. Mark and his wife Connie and three children reside in Glenns Ferry, Idaho. They enjoy playing tennis, camping and traveling to rock concerts in Europe. Connie is an accomplished Roller Derby Gal with Mark being her biggest fan. | | |

He has served on Idaho’s Bureau of Land Management Resource Advisory Council, Custer Comprehensive Planning Committee and still serves as board of director on the Custer Economic Development Association. Dennis holds an Associates Degree in RF & Digital Electronics Technology from Idaho State University. He enjoys spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors of Idaho and is ardently interested in the history of Idaho and of history in general. | | |

Garrin started work for Direct Communications in 1992 and is currently General Manager. In May 2002 he became a partner and the President of Oregon Telephone Company and Vice President and managing partner for the North State Telephone Company. He is also managing partner of Independent Cable Systems of Idaho, founding board member of Syringa Wireless, providing PCS services in Southeastern Idaho, and an active board member of Syringa Networks. Garrin is a 1991 graduate of Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a strong supporter of his community in the local schools, church and Boy Scouts of America. He is also Chairman of Syringa Wireless, LLC, a new consortium of rural local exchange carriers building a next generation wireless network across southern Idaho. He is also a founding board member of Syringa Networks, a broadband fiber network that connects 12 Idaho companies sharing voice, video, and data services. Charlie holds a B.S. in Business and a J.D. in Law from the University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho. He was a practicing attorney for 14 years prior to joining Project Mutual Telephone. Charlie serves on the board of the Telcom Insurance Group and the Advisory Council of the Idaho Small Business Development Center. Mr. McCue manages or serves on the Board of Directors of Independent Local Exchange Carrier’s, Competitive Local Exchange Carrier’s, retail ISP’s and wholesale ISP’s as well as two wireless companies, a regional fiber transport company, and a marketing and wholesale services company. Mr. McCue has worked in the telecommunication business for over 30 years and has been a registered lobbyist in 5 states and provided testimony in front of 9 different state utilities commissions, the F.C.C. and both the U.S. House of Congress and the U.S. Senate. Mr. McCue previously served as an advisor to the Pentagon Defense Communications Council. Mr. McCue served a six year term on the Board of Trustees for the University of Wyoming, three years as an officer, and one as the President. Additionally, he currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United States Telephone Association, a telecommunications and broadband industry association representing over 800 service providers nationally and internationally. He did his undergraduate work at Idaho State University and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with honors, and graduated with an M.B.A., magna cum laude.
