Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to inform customers how their information is collected, used, disclosed, and safeguarded. 

 

Scope

This policy applies to any customer that utilizes Syringa Network’s Connectivity and Advanced Solutions services or visits Syringa Networks’ website.

Syringa Networks is responsible for disclosing the data collected from customers and website users on their website. They are also responsible for updating this Privacy Policy if any significant changes were to occur regarding information collection and usage. 

Customers/Users

Customers and website users are responsible for reading the Privacy Policy for any concerns regarding the collection and usage of their data. 

 

Collection of Customer Information

Customer information is only collected when reasonably necessary to perform expected business functions. This data is collected by the customer voluntarily providing information to the business for services to be exchanged. In addition to this, information is collected when the website (www.syringanetworks.net) is accessed. The following data is collected via the means previously mentioned:

  • Email addresses 
  • Phone numbers 
  • Payment preferences and methods

Not all purposes are or will be listed within this document. The examples listed are general categories that represent the majority of the purposes for collection. An underlying theme of these purposes is to perform and manage Syrina Networks as a business. 

As stated previously, data is collected for various business needs. One reason is to ensure the deliverance of products and services that customers have requested. Furthermore, this information is necessary to create and manage a customer’s account and ensure secure communications between the business and customer. Other reasons include providing customer support, notifying customers of updates, and enforcing terms and conditions.

Some of these functions may include payment processing or other maintenance services. When this employment occurs, Syringa will provide these businesses only the information necessary to perform their specific function.

Syringa Networks employs an industry-standard level of technical and physical security measures. While all reasonable steps have been taken to protect customer data, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Any information that has been disclosed by the customer is vulnerable to some risk posed by unauthorized and/or malicious parties.

Syringa Networks reserves the right to amend this privacy notice at any time. Any updates will be posted on Syringa Network’s website. The customer’s continued use of the website and/or services constitutes the acceptance of such changes.
