We’re Upgrading Your Syringa Networks Experience
As part of our transition to a new system, your current Customer Portal and Payment System will be retired. Beginning September 30th through October 6th the systems will be offline while we move to our new platform.
Here’s what to expect during this time:
- Portal Login – you will not be able to log in to your customer or payment portal.
- Paused Payments – automatic online payments in the old payment portal will be placed on hold.
- Services will continue – your services will not be interrupted during this transition.
- Payment Information Required – when the new portal becomes available, you will need to login and set up your payment method again. No payment information will be transferred.
Once the new portal is live, you'll have one easy-to-access place to:
- View your invoices
- Make your payments
- Track your support requests
These updates will simplify your experience and help set the foundation for future enhancements.
